So I’m not really sure how to handle this post. I saw this movie with a group, so part of my review of the movie is kind of lumped in with the group’s reaction. Just my thoughts this evening, figured I’d share. This is What Democracy Looks Like is a documentary about the WTO summit in Seattle in 1999 and the protests that occurred. This film was taken from 100 different activists that were filming the protesters and the clashes with police. This entire documentary is available on YouTube, there are 10 parts. Its very informative about all of the science, internation politics and profit behind GM crops and Monsanto. “As a human being our strongest desire is a sexual desire, no matter what, that is our nature…” (click the picture for [...] If you haven’t seen this documentary, I suggest you do so before coming on to my blog and defending GM crops. Monsanto is one of the creepiest corporations out there, they invade plant cells with genetic codes and then patent the seeds they make whilst buying up all of the seed companies in the world.
