happy valentines day

I’m not much into overly commercialized holidays, like this one, but Ed gave me this idea and I couldn’t pass it up.

So happy valentines day and all that jazz…

On Friday night I went camping with Hawk and a friend at Fish Eating Creek. It was so beautiful. I collected a ton of wild oranges that were growing on the land, the trees had been planted hundreds of years ago by the Seminoles. So today I made wild orange-ade, wild orange pie, wild orange zest for my spices…tomorrow I might try making some kind of wild orange chutney…
